[Castiel isn't bothered at all by the storms or the flooding, and is as usual broadcasting from outside somewhere. [Castiel doesn't seem aware that the PCD is recording, have apparently accidentally turned it on while programing some settings. Since he's not aware anyone's watching, he's less guarded and restrained than usual, and it's easier to read his expressions.
